Terms and Conditions for Automation Service at ashlon.cloud

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the n8n automation service hosted at automation.ashlon.cloud and provided by Ashlon Solution (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description and Use
The Service is a self-hosted instance of the n8n automation platform. We provide access and infrastructure. You are responsible for all workflows and the consequences of their execution.
3. Your Obligations
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and other credentials used to access the Service.
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to build workflows that are illegal, harmful, or infringe on the rights of any third party.
- Workflow Content: You bear full responsibility for all data and content passing through your workflows (“Workflow Content”).
4. Intellectual Property
The underlying n8n software is open source. Your workflows and the data you process remain your sole intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your Workflow Content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the accuracy, reliability, or content of any information provided through the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ashlon Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Any unauthorized access to your workflows or data.
- Any failure or delay in the execution of your workflows.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach the Terms.
